再次請教8老師 有關 I-485 問題： 一年前因排期未到遞交485 被拒原件退回 （誤以為可用遞件排期）

退件裏有綠色letter 說符合條件後再遞交時把綠色letter放在申請文件上麵一起遞交， 而且退件每頁底部都打印了一行數字。

請問：

1. 我重新遞交485時，是直接把原退件全部一起遞交 + Rejected notice 797 and green letter 就可以嗎？
  我申請文件都沒變化， 隻有簽名日期是一年前的
-It is too long time. So, I suggest you to fill a new form and support the updated support documents.

2， 重新遞交新表格 + green letter on top

3， 重新遞交新表格 No green letter-Yes.

請老師指點 哪種情況比較合適

另外， 我的體檢 I-693 一年前做的，如果遞交後讓我再重做， 會影響I-485審理進度嗎？-The physical exam is only valid for one year. So, if your old physical exam was done more than one year ago when you file I-485, you need to do the physical exam again and submit the new I-693 together with the new I-485.
