原雇主處已通過PERM， 140， 但沒有file 485就換了工作。 按理應在新雇主處重辦 Perm, 140等。 但最近一律師說可以以新雇主辦EB3, 並用原來的PERM. 說是律師協會在去年年底有個關於EB2 降級EB3的通知， 內容含混不清。 可以一試。
 -I do find some China-born lawyers claimed they had done this kind of cases successfully, I personally have not found any immigration law/policy from USCIS to support such kind of thing. So, it is hard for me to give you suggestion on this kind of issue because I don't know whether it has any potential problem or not.
