China EB3s are simply ignored

Don't forget there are a large amount of CPs waiting for EB3. They are not included in the 2000 pending cases you mentioned.Totally agree that China EB3 movement is way too slow and doesn't make sense. It seems nobody cares. The only idea you can get from the Wenxue City attornies is to switch to EB2. Too bad no all companies support that, even for applicants who qualify for Eb2.
