那h1-transfer需要同樣長時間嗎？？
-Normally 2 to 3 months.

如果在新的雇主的h1沒下來前能開始工作嗎？
-If your new employer files the H-1 transfer before you quit the old job, you can work for the new employer immediately after the H-1 transfer petition is filed. (not need to wait for the H-1 transfer approval).
