目前工資不到EB2 PERM上的prevailing wage，現在PERM已批，準備申請140.

想請問，在雇主提交140時，提供相關ability to pay證明的情況下，這個140還會100%收到ability to pay相關的RFE嗎？
-Not really. Your current salary does not matter to the I-140 filing that much. As long as the employer prove the ability to pay (e.g. providing the financial statement, tax paying record), it will be fine.


 還是說這個問題就有可能被移民局算作解答了，不再RFE了？
