我的485提交已經一年，仍然在等最後的身份調整。我的問題是， 如果失去目前的工作，並且在短時間內找不到原來性質的工作; 如果在最後的身份調整到期時， 沒有從事原來性質的工作， 最終綠卡有何影響？

-It is possible. If USCIS send you RFE, you have to provide your employment evidence showing that you work in the same/simialr field. If no RFE, you are fine.

我有EAD卡， 這個EAD卡可以有多長時間的有效期， 特別是在失去相關的工作之後。

-There is an expiration date on the card, you can file an I-765 to renew it in advance up to 120 days before your current EAD expires (no filing by providing the copy of I-485 receipt).

在最後身份調整到期時， 僅有EAD卡， 是否可行？

-Yes.

H1-B 是必需擁有？

-Not have to.

工作性質必須接近？

-Yes.
