謝謝老師的詳細回答，想進一步確認一下，開了LLC,h1b的status 是不是就無效了，變成AOS了，再次感謝你的熱心回答

-If you want to keep your H-1 status, you can not work for your own company, You can be the owner only, not enployee. Otherwise, you have to use EAD and thus, you will lose your H-1 status.
