 NIW 140 已批準， 想把Ｈ１Ｂ轉為Ｆ２.

是不是在提交轉F2 時，要填寫自己是否已有批準的140 ?

這種情況基本上是必拒嗎?

-It is very possible, but just try and you never know.

如果被拒是不是立馬離境?

-You may try to find a job and ask the new employer to file H-1 for you, then go to China to get the H-1 visa to come back. If your current H-1 I-94 does not expire, your stay is not considered as unlawful presence.
