請教各位老師：

去年申請EB1a(140和485同時遞交)，後來兩個同時被拒，現在140和485都在appeal，appeal的收據上顯示case在AAO。但網上485仍然顯示denial。現在EB2排期到了，請問老師：我能申請將這個485 relink 到EB2的140上麽？萬分感謝！！
-Did you receive any notice (mail or email) from USCIS indicating that your I-485 case has been reopened? If yes, you can do the relink, otherwise, no. You may contact USCIS to see whether your denied I-485 has been reopened after you filed I-290B. Talk to your lawyer if you have one.
