Urgent: Will the activation of EB2-EAD trigger the REF

Hello Teachers:

      I got an urgent question here, and I wish I can get some suggection
from all of you. My PD is 03/27/2008.
I am going to move to another State for a similar job function at different
industry next week. I didn't transfer my H1-B and only can use the EAD, How likely I will get the REF after I terminate the current H1-B and activate the EAD. Should I let the new
company transfer my h1-B right away? My wife is AP status now.  

Another question: If my house is still on the market, can I keep my current house address and without changing the address for GC.
