I heard some relink but not sure if it is applied to my situation:

Is it possible to to apply 485 with EB1 A but relink the PD (Dec 2010), so USCIS thinks;

Oh, this guy's I 140 EB1A was approved in Dec 2010, let's approve his 485 quickly?

 

Does the above idea make sense?
