我還有一個疑問關於您的答複: -Case by case. If it is denied, you may just go back to work for Company A and then, file I-485 within US.

我一直以為如果不幸CP被拒,我的case就已經結束了,我隻有從PERM重新申請綠卡了.

-Your CP case is over, but your approval I-140 is still valid. So, you can file your I-485 within US to get your green card based on the approved I-140.

 我還有機會轉成I-485在美國境內繼續申請嗎?
