EB2快到排期跳槽是否還要申H1B？

PERM PD 6/2007。現在對方公司律師說用現有的EAD（6/2012到期）工作perfectly
fine。當然如果我想要的話，也可以申請H1B。我目前的H1B簽證到12/31/2011就六年期滿了。

請問這種情況下申請H1B還有沒有必要？
