我的EB2的140被denial了，因為PERM上的職位隻是本科學位加兩年工作經驗，

-EB2 position needs 本科學位加 at least 5 年工作經驗 or Master's degree. Your position description is obviously an EB3 position. Id on't know why your lawyer filed EB2 for you for this position.

請問我還有沒有機會appeal?

-Don't think you will win. I don't suggest you to file appeal.

有沒有可能申請EB3的140，但是PERM已經過期了.

-Maybe you still can use that PERM to file Eb3 I-140. If so, you still can use the old PERM priority date. So, talk to your lawyer as soon as possible.
