The rule is that experience and education gained at the sponsoring employer cannot be used towards meeting the EB-2 requirements.

 

If you had the EB-2 qualifying education and experience BEFORE joining your current employer, then your employer may be able to sponsor you for a position which normally requires a master's degree or a bachelor's plus 5 years of progressive work experience. Assuming this is the case, you should be able to file EB-2.

 

如果你現在工作的Title 的學曆和工作經驗要求超過了你進這家公司時的學曆和工作經驗，那你就要按照你進公司前的學曆和工作經驗來重新設計一個match EB2 的Title （看看有沒有和你現在幹的相近的，工作經驗要求低點的）-----這隻局限同一個雇主的情況，如果你換個雇主申請EB2 PERM， 你在現在這個雇主的工作經驗是可以用到的。
