Market Research Analyst LEVEL 1 可以申請EB2嗎？

-The critical thing is your employer has to justify (convince USCIS) why this job (level 1) needs a master's degree or bachelor plus 5 years experience. If USCIS can be convinced, then OK. Otherwise, not OK. Of course, if it is level 2, much easy to convince USCIS.
