1.Have changed job between universities already after filed 485,Similar job description, is it relevant?

2.if move to a small company, relevant or not?

-All depends on the officer who is in charege of your case. If you receive RFE, just provide what they want such as the employment verifcation letter from new employer. Nothing is serious.
