大信裏說的case卻是已經批了的EB2的140的遞交日期,糊塗了？


-Probably it means your priority date (your EB1A can use your approved EB2 I-140 priority date). Anyway, it does not matter. You just need to respond to this RFE for your EB1A I-140 because the case number is correct. Also from the content of the RFE, you should tell this RFE is for your EB1A I-140, shouldn't you?
