目前拿L1A簽證。I-140去年5月批的，9月I-485麵試。現在還在等綠卡。兩個孩子在上學，持L2簽證。

請問8老師，

  1. 如果現在從公司離職，綠卡的申請會受影響嗎？-Depends. If your I-485 pending has been more than 180 days and you find a new job in the same/similar field as the old job, then your I-485 will not be affected. If you don't have a job in US in the same field, USCIS will deny your I-485 any time in the future.
  2. 如果離職，L1 和L2簽證就會取消吧。-If you don't have a new job and do L-1 transfer, your L-1/L-4 will be invalid.
  3. 那孩子可以持EAD和AP繼續在美國上學嗎？-Yes, but if your I-485 is denied (see above), your kid's I-485 will also be denied and thus, your kid cannot stay in US legally.
