我一個朋友在國內,eb1a的140過了。他現在有b2簽證，他可不可以用b2來美國交485.多謝。

-He needs to find a job and use the job offer letter to apply for the immigrqant grant visa in China, or apply for H-1B isa to enter US to file I-485. If he enters US using B-2 visa and file I-485, USCIS possibly may consider him to have visa fraud.
