非常感謝8老師的回答。可是我還有個疑問：如果隻要employment verification letter不要paycheck的話，那就有可能出現這種情況：這個公司實際上沒有雇傭我一天（沒有付給我一分錢工資），但是仍然能幫我申請EB1B，隻要我私下和這個公司達成協議就行了。這樣做可以嗎？

-No. EB1-B requires that the employer (sponsor) has to offer a permanent position or tenure/tenure-tract position to the beneficary.

A permanent job is one which has no specific term and  the employee has a reasonable expectation of continual employment.
