Eb1a，不明白“Copy of I-797C: Approval Notice for My I-140 (NIW);

我是想辦理eb1a快速審理，提交I-140和I-907並同時交費，然後所有材料都是紙質提交，不準備e-file I-140。（這樣是不是可以？）

我在網上找了一個模板，應該是eb1a申請的cover letter，因為信開始有如下內容

Re.:     EB1-A Petition for Permanent Residency under the category of Alien Worker of Extraordinary Ability
                      Petitioner/Beneficiary: Dr. XX
                      Classification Sought: §203(b)(1)(A)
                       Type of Petition: I-140

現在我不明白下麵內容的第一點，為什麽I-140後麵加括弧(NIW)，NIW和eb1a不是兩種不同的申請類型嗎，另外，I-797C是什麽，多謝。

Please find enclosed the following documents in supporting my immigration petition.

1. Original signed form I-140, filling fee in the amount of $580 made payable to the Department of Homeland Security and Copy of I-797C: Approval Notice for My I-140 (NIW);

2. Original signed form I-907, and filling fee in the amount of $1225 made payable to the Department of Homeland
Security;

      3. Petition Letter (detailed list of supporting documents enclosed);

     4. Documentation at corresponding exhibits demonstrating my eligibility for permanent residence status (Please see list of INDEX OF EXHIBITS for details).

      5. Certification of translation.
