一句英文，怎麽讀都覺得不通，請指點

I have authored important research articles in the top international/national journals, patents, and conference presentations, and my publications have received sustained international/national acclaims;

我覺得patents, and conference presentations這個位置和前麵內容銜接不上，很別扭。請指點，多謝
