The EB-1B I-140 approval notice should have sent to Human Resources or the lawyer, not you. So, Contact HR or the lawyer.

請問能否直接用打印出來的網上狀態和receipt notice來file 485？
-No, but you can file I-485 using the I-140 receipt notice if you don't have the I-140 approval notice.
