我在公司的頭銜是International Accounting Manger, 主管亞洲，近來申請綠卡，公司律師給了建議說，讓我去亞洲工作1年，回來申請EB1。說這是最快捷拿到綠卡的辦法，公司各層領導也都同意了，


請問各位老師可行嗎？
- EB-1B (sponsored by the employer) is for outstanding researcher/professor, so it does not apply to you because it seems you do not work in research or in a college/university as a professor. EB-1A (self-sponsored, i.e. you do it for yourself, not need employer) is for an "Alien of Extraordinary Ability", which is irrelevant to whether you work outside US or in US because EB-1A does not the employer's support. So, it is only possibility for you is EB-1A is if you have extraordinary ability in your area (business).  Read these links for EB-1A requirements and you can measure yourself:

-I suggest you to ask the employer to file EB-2 for you now. If you think you may be qualified for EB-1A, you can do it any time later. The EB-2 filing does not affect your EB-1A filing.
