我看到很多綠卡推薦信模板開始都有類似這樣的幾行

我應該是寫德州的地址，但是我查到的不知道對不對。我在這裏查的http://www.uscis.gov/i-140-addresses

我看到郵寄地址分為4類:Regular的I-140；Regular的I-140同時提交I485;加急的I140和I907;加急的I907，並修改I140。

推薦信中台頭是不是采用Regular的I-140的USPS或者USPS Express都可以，

-This one is correct. By the way, recommendation is needed for EB1 or NIW I-140 only, not for I-485. You collect all the recommendations and put them together with your application documents in one packet and mail the packet out.
