回複：請求大俠們指點下：EB1b or NIW on part time H1B?

以前貼過一個超6年的H1b extension 問題。現在終於搞定了，就是弄成part time了（因為我title的prevailing wage突然漲了N多）。
 

a）我現在準備讓學校幫我整EB1b，是不是part time empolyment會是個大問題啊？
-If your school will offer you a full-time position after you get the green card, it will be fine.
 

b）如果等EB2 NIW的排期，到時候交485，part time也會是個大問題嗎？
-Fine for NIW I-140 now, but you had better find a full time job when you file I-485 a few years later.
