It is violate the H1 rule unless the school filed a part-time H1 for you. If you have worked for > 6 months, your I-485 will be denied. Please note that if you work there regularly (one hour/week in every week), it will be counted as that you work for 7 days/week, so if you have done this for 26 weeks or more, your I-485 will be a problem.
