本人H1 Visa, EB1B，領館申請移民簽證 （Consular Process）。請問各位大師，何時可以換工作？

-If you ahve got the green card, you can change your job any time. If not yet, you may not change your job until you get the green card. Otherwise, your EB1B I-140 will be invalid unless your current employer/sponsor agree that you will return to work for them after you get the green card. This is disadvantage using consular processing. if you filed I-485 for > 180 days, you can change your job.

I am curious why you do not file I-485 in US based on Eb1B which PD is current.
