我的問題是如果被拒，有無必要和公司談找有經驗的中國律師重新申請。

-Up to you. Not hurt you to try. You may just hire a 有經驗的中國律師 to file "Motion to Reopen/reconsideration or Appeal if your case is denied. Talk to the new lawyer, anyway.

短期內再次申請是否難度很大？
