我最近想file EB1A （PP），是否需同時e-file 和 file hard copy？或者那種方式更好？

-Don't see difference. E-file can not use PP at the same time, and you may do PP after USCIS get all your support doceument (e.g. after your check is cashed or after you can find the status online, etc.).
