這個EAD是交485時同時交的765，今天看到EAD狀態改為“New Card Is Being Produced”

1）是不是上個月剛renew完的H1B就作廢了？

-No. If you do not use the EAD to work, your H-1 status is still valid.

2）是不是拿到這個EAD後可以在同一家公司，同一部門換工作職務了，比如工程師換成經理？

-It will affect your I-485 if your responsibilities on your new position are substantially different from your old position. So, you had better diiscuss it with your lawyer before you change position.

3）家屬（H4，沒申請H4  EAD）交485時也同時交了765 EAD，目前狀態沒變，如果他的EAD下來後是否可以工作？

-Yes, your spouse can use the EAD to work.

4）目前485程序做完指紋，下一步是什麽，大概多久？

-Depends on whether your priority date is still current based on A form. Hard to predict.
