You may talk to lawyer whether you can provide all of the H-4 extension and H-4 EAD applicaiton materials and filing fees to him/her, and put these materials to the same packet with the H-1 renewal application. If no, you may have to wait for the H-1 Receipt Notice and then, provide the copy of the H-1 Receipt Notice for the H4 and EAD applications as you did before.
