工卡申請和EB5 的 I-485和AP 申請一起交的。單單工卡申請被拒，理由是沒有交費。我交了I-485的申請費和biometric fee. 該怎麽處理？

-Probably you did not choose the correct Eligibility Category in Item 27, Part 2 of I-765. You should have chosen "(c)(9)( )" in that item and provided a copy of your I-85 Receipt Notice whtih I-765 filing. Then, you did not need to pay the fee.

So, just complete a new I-765 and file it again.
