我們去年10月遞的485，排期下個月current

1）上周收到USCIS的信說：主申請的人的AP、EAD被拒絕，因為a green card will be issuing to you or you need a 打指紋（指紋已經打過了。）我跟律師說了，律師說是烏龍，file 了一個service request, 說2.28日前移民局回複。

-I agree with the lawyer.

我的問題是

1.依8老師的經驗卡，移民局真能這麽快就批準我綠卡？

-It hard to say.

2）排期current了以後，是不是就不能申請並得到批準的AP,EAD了？-No, the EAD?AP approval is irrelevant to priority  date.

3）這個case不用file I290B to reopen麽？做service request 就夠了？-I-129B takes a lot of time and money. I would rather file a new I-765 and I-131 and file I-129B.

4）如果結果還是denial怎麽辦？

 

2） 我老婆的AP EAD被批準了，但是USCIS case status 說，forward to appellate court for final decision。一個月了，還沒收到letter.我不明白這批準AP，EAD還要appellate court決定麽。-No. The IO is crazy.

我應該怎麽辦呢？
