在持TN期間， 是在file I-485前轉H4好， 還是之後好？

-If you have filed I-485, you may not need to change TN to H-4.

申請H4EAD是否比I-485 EAD快？

-No difference. No fee for I-485 based EAD, and need to pay filing fee for H-4 EAD.
