EB-3有兩個Priority Date，第一個排期已到，有什麽福利？能申請EAD嗎？

-Do you mean your PD is current based on "A.  FINAL ACTION DATES FOR EMPLOYMENT-BASED
     PREFERENCE CASES"?  If yes, you can file I-485 and file I-765 at the same time to get the EAD.
