根據現在H1B的配偶可以申請EAD，配偶申請了EAD，但如果後來H1B持有人換工作了，拿了另一個公司的H1B，配偶需要重新申請H4和EAD嗎？

-No.  H-1 holder's job change does not affect H-4 holder's H-4 status and EAD.

申請EAD需要多長時間呢？

-About 2 to 3 months. You can apply for the EAD renewal in advance up to 120 days before the current EAD expires.
