-Normally unless you lose your job, your I-485 should not be denied. So, the chance is very small. By the way, have you used up your regular 6-year H-1 time and extend it beyond the 6-year H-1 limit yet?

如果被拒，如何出理？
-If you have extended your H-1 beyond the 6-year limit or you have not used up your regular 6-year time, you can ask your employer to file an H-1 for you and then, you can go to China to get the H-1 visa to come back, and your wife get the H-4 via with you.

If you have used up total regular 6-year H-1 time and not extended the H-1 beyond the 6 year limit, then you will have big trouble if the I-485 is denied.
