請問8老師，我是職業移民第二優先中國大陸，今年3月遞交的485，EAD和AP都下來了，green card 還沒下來，也不知什麽時候能下來，但是我H1B到9月10日過期，請問我是使用EAD還是H1B延期，非常痛苦， 我的身分是加拿大公民，請根椐我的情況給指點，萬分感謝！
-Depends on whether your priority date is current or not (or will be current very soon), and whether you have dependent who is H-4. If PD is current and you don't have H-4 dependent, then you may just use EAD.
