我想請教您幾個有關H4 EAD的問題。

1.    確認一下需要填的表格是I-765。申請H4 EAD是用普通EAD申請表格吧。但instruction裏麵沒有有關H4的內容。
-USCIS probably will update Form I-765 and Instructions soon, and you may just wait until May 26 or later to file I-765 (USCIS will not accept H-4 EAD application until May 26 or later).

2.    需要什麽附加材料（我LD的I-140已經批了超過一年，在等排期）

3.    I-765上item16 （eligibilitycategory）寫什麽呢？”Who May File Form I-765” section of the instruction did not list any information about
the new H4 rule. 還有Item15 填什麽。

4.    您建議e file嗎？

是否要填G-1145？

5.    郵寄的地址是哪裏？eligibility category裏沒有H4。還是follow “USCIS Phoenix and Dallas Lockbox facilities” depending on where I live?

6.    5月26號開始接受申請，是不是我要確定移民局要在5月26號那一天收到申請。
