我的140被REF,是之前工作公司A的employment letter 不夠具體。我之前的公司A被另一個公司B吞並了。我找了我之前的老板，他在B公司。我的律師說要他寫個employment letter用公司B的信頭。可是我之前的老板說，用公司B的信頭需要公司的授權，可能不好弄到。

-Do you mean the RFE if for your I-140 amendment from Company B? If so, ask Human Resources Of Company B to issue the letter in the letterhead addressing the Compoany is the successor-in-interest of your I-140.

請問就用plain letter打印，會有很大影響嗎？
