原公司給辦得是eb3,現在換工作，想重新申請h1，再轉成eb2,不知可行否?

-Yes, but you may need to go outside US to get the H1 visa to activate your H1 status if you do not have a valid H1 I-94/status before you change your job because your new H1 approval probably will not have an I-94 in this case.
