You need go to attorney to find out your right of divorce. I don't know which state you stay, if in California, you can go to court and file for divorce yourself without her permission. You can move out if she threaten anything to you. Why do you want to stay in this mess??? If you decide stay, it is your own choice. Otherwise, you will do something to protect yourself.
