Calm down. It takes time for any case to proceed.

Anyone can be accused of anything. That is why you are inncent until conviction. If you want to blame the system for the unfounded assusation, you might as well blame whoever made the phone call. Without that call, nothing would have happened. I don't think your wife would have called "911" if all you said to her was "I love you."

I am not saying this system is perfect. Innocent people end up being executed in this country. That said, it is still a better system than what China has.
