比如，婚內生的孩子是presumed to be the biological child of the husband and wife. 婚內買的房子也是presumed to be marital asset.

如果一方想戰勝presumption，一方必須提供證據。這個問題樓主一定需要提供證據。不能毫無證據，但是很弱的證據也是證據。一旦證據列出，另外一方需要提供反證。那個時候對方才需要提出cash的證據。
