夫妻合用信用卡對 credit score有幫助嗎？

我的credit score is excellent, my hu*****and is good, 現在想給他審請作為我的副卡，合用2個我的信用卡，對他的credit score有幫助嗎？我的信用卡公司會查他的credit嗎？聽說查太多信用記錄對credit score不好。
