6個月前，我購買了  $200  kickstart product, 大約5個月過去了，產品還沒有發貨， and it's already way passed its promised ship date . I emailed the company , and received no reply.

I called up Chase credit card, they said it's only 5 month (6 months is passed dispute time), so Chase refund my money with no questions asked.
