剛才check一下email發現那個人通過paypal的付款

這樣說郵寄也不成了，隻能實話實說。

求各位幫忙分析我能不能argue出什麽結果？
第一，被通知接收到欺詐付款是3個月後的事情。
第二，我已經在被告直接受到欺詐付款時已經關閉了paypal賬戶一個多月。我無法使用paypal的email裏的claim地址
第三，我能提供證人和對方的車牌。

最想知道的就是，會不會上庭？如果沒有argue出結果。如果上庭，我敗訴會不會付更多的錢？

很鬱悶，如果沒有希望隻好認了。拜托各位大俠了
