Question ? Please help !

Is there a way to rent a car from Punta Arenas to Torres Del Paine ?  We are going to Antarctica, but we also want to visit patagonia for a few of days.  We want to rent and drop a car from from Punta Arenas to Torres Del Paine .  Thanks!
